This three-day intensive course enables participants to develop the necessary expertise to audit a Laboratory Management System – ISO/IEC 17025:2017 by using Guidelines for auditing management systems – ISO 19011:2011.
The three-day course enable internal auditors to understand latest amendments to clauses of Lab Management System making them capable of carrying out effective internal audits for real-time system improvement.
During this training, the participant will acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to proficiently plan and perform internal audits in compliance with the ISO 19011:2011 and ISO/IEC 17021:2011 standards. Based on practical exercises, the participant will develop the skills (mastering audit techniques) and competencies (managing audit team and audit program, etc.) necessary to efficiently conduct an audit.
